We understand that there are a lot of options for your butchered beef and it can be confusing trying to figure out what to ask for.
Below is an example of a basic cut for your beef.
Round Steaks: Tenderized, Plain or Cubed steaks (pick one) - 2 servings per package
T-bones: 3/4" thick - 2 servings per package
Sirloin Steak: 3/4" thick - 2 servings per package
Sirloin Tip Steak: 3/4" thick - 2 servings per package
Rib Eye Steak (boneless): 3/4" thick - 2 servings per package
Chuck Roast (bone-in): approximately 3 pounds
Arm Roast (bone-in): approximately 3-5 pounds
Rump Roast (bone-in): approximately 3 pounds
Pikes Peak Roast (boneless): approximately 3 pounds
Brisket: Yes or No. If you do not want the brisket, it will be ground for burger.
Ground Beef: 1#, 1.5#, or 2# package. We try to keep the ground beef 85% lean but it depends on the beef if this is possible.
You have options on how you can get your beef cut and packaged. You can get your steaks cut thicker or thinner if you are getting a half or whole beef. Bigger family? We can put more servings in a package. Two servings per package is the smallest package you can get. Want more burger? We can grind roasts or steaks if you would like.
This is just an example of a basic cut.
